    All corsets are made to order - Please allow up to 14 working days for orders to be despatched (updates will be provided throughout production)

    Please note, during busy periods you should allow an additional 1 - 2 working days for orders to be despatched, in this instance we would always advise customers if any additional delays were expected.

    Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.

    Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you the same day.

    We currently deliver to the following areas:

    UK Mainland, US, AUS and CAN

    UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO CHANGES IN REGULATIONS, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO EU and NI.

    Our standard shipping is via EVRI for UK and DPD for all other destinations.

    Shipping charge is calculated at checkout.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any customs charges applicable for your area are not included in the shipping charge. Please check this before ordering as there may be additional charges. (Usually applies to European destinations)

    A contact phone number is required for overseas deliveries. This is a DPD requirement.

    Orders can be collected in person from either the Novus Business Centre, Peterlee, the Redbrick Market, Sheffield or at one of our market trading events, by prior arrangement only.

  • Returns

    You can make a request to return most items to Luna Designs within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received by us within 28 days of the original delivery. All goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition.

    Unfortunately, for hygiene reason we are unable to accept returns from our earrings range.

    Return shipping will be at the customers expense.

    We recommend keeping a copy of your proof of postage, as we are only responsible for your return once it has been received by our office. Items that arrive damaged or are lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

    To return your goods, simply enclose a copy of your order information, and send the items you wish to return to:

    Please ensure that you safely package any items that you are returning. We are not liable for anything that is damaged while in transit.

    If there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of goods, and no delivery charges.

    For goods that are faulty, contain incorrect items or damaged products, please contact us immediately, with pictures if necessary and we will make alternate arrangements to correct your order. Any problems need to be reported within 7 days of delivery, and returns made within 30 days.

    If your goods have arrived damaged, please send us photographs immediately of the damaged items and we will send out replacements ASAP. We can only provide replacements for items with photo evidence.
